To make a bank transfer, please create a deposit request for the required amount from the payment tab in your account. Once you’ve done that, you can view the proforma invoice and proceed with the payment.
Please note that there are no additional charges beyond bank or credit card transfer fees. However, intermediary banks may deduct fees from your transfers. Since we cannot provide specific advice on these deductions, we recommend coordinating with your bank to avoid any delays. Bank transfers typically take up to three business days to process. To make a bank transfer create a deposit request from your payment tab and make the payment to the information on the proforma invoice generated on your deposit request.
Alternatively, credit card payments can be made directly through your account, and your balance will be updated immediately. The applicable transfer fee will be displayed at the time of payment.
Bank Payments in 3 Easy Steps
Create a Deposit Request
Go to the Payment tab in your account and submit a deposit request for the amount you wish to transfer. This will generate a proforma invoice with all the necessary bank details.
Make a Bank Transfer
Use the details from the proforma invoice to complete the bank transfer. Please note that intermediary banks may deduct fees, so check with your bank to avoid any unexpected charges or delays.
Track Your Balance
Once your transfer is received, your balance will be updated. Bank transfers typically take up to 3 business days to process.

- Bank transfers require up to 3 business days to be credited to your account.
- Payments made via credit card are instantly reflected in your account balance.
- Please be aware that bank transfers pass through intermediary banks, which may apply transfer fees deducted from the amount before they reach our account. To ensure you receive the correct amount, please adjust your deposit to account for these fees.
